Biography:
I am a 500-hour Certified and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, teaching Hatha/Vinyasa style Yoga for group or private classes in or near Morristown, New Jersey (in my studio or your home). I design my classes based on the student’s level, needs, limitations and comfort. During my classes your body will be challenged and your mind will feel relaxed.

I teach traditional Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga to a variety of ages and skill levels. Additionally, I teach Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga to Improve Fertility, Pre-Natal Yoga and Post-Natal Yoga, Yoga for those (adults and children) suffering from Depression, Anxiety or Addiction, and Doga, Doggie Yoga (Yoga for Human and Dog).

I fell in love with Yoga when I realized after taking Yoga classes not only did my body feel stronger, but I felt relaxed and as though my stress, even if temporarily, went away. I was so amazed by the positive changes in my mind and body that I wanted to share the experience with others through teaching. I received my 200 and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certifications from Yoga Sutra for Life, lead by my Guru, Ranjitha Sandeep, an internationally-acclaimed Ashtanga (Raja) Yoga Therapist. In addition to teaching Yoga, I run a marketing business (Little Big Mouth Marketing) and I greatly enjoy volunteering for the local guide dog organization for the blind (The Seeing Eye).

I have taken workshops with Ranjitha Sandeep, Dharma Mittra, Jason Crandell, Alanna Kaivalya, Julie Gudmestad, Natasha Rizopoulos , Tias Little, Aadil Palkhivala, Bo Forbes, Matthew Sanford, Manoj Chalam, Tao Porchon-Lynch, Desiree Rumbaugh and Naime Jezzeny.
